Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of one or more major manufacturing cells on the 3rd shift operation, ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and manpower.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and promoting associate involvement.
  • Ensure all machines are operable and adequate raw materials are in inventory, checking schedules for each machine and ordering necessary materials.
  • Train and instruct machine operators, packing, material handlers, etc., in proper methods of running machines, observing associates for effectiveness, efficiency, and performance safety practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
  • One to five years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in a team-based continuous manufacturing environment, with wire & cable experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum

The estimated salary range is based on the title, job description, and location. This figure does not include additional benefits, bonuses, or incentives that may be offered by the employer.
