Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Articulating intricate tax and accounting principles to clients
  • Reviewing client QuickBooks documentation
  • Creating financial statements and providing explanations to clients
  • Preparing various tax filings, including payroll and sales tax reports

Tax Return Preparation:
  • Individual 1040 returns
  • Partnership and Corporate tax returns

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • CPA, CPA Candidate, Enrolled Agent, or relevant experience
  • Extensive experience with QuickBooks
  • Over 5 years of tax preparation experience (1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S)
  • Experience in addressing IRS inquiries
  • Capability to prepare tax returns and projections
  • Ability to prepare payroll and property tax reports
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statement preparation and bank reconciliation
  • Capacity to mentor and guide junior staff
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Aptitude for thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
