Job Title: Member Services Associate

Join Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, as a Member Services Associate and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with department internal controls and procedures, Bank policies, and Federal Housing Finance Agency regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions in accordance with established procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Assist members in gathering documents and completing applications for community investment and economic development advances.
  • Provide education, customer service, and problem-solving for all aspects of membership, including advances, auctions, capital stock, collateral, commitments, demand deposit accounts, domestic and foreign wires, letters of credit, and more.
  • Manage documentation and related communication with members through phone and email.
  • Assist with writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and SSRS reports.
  • Test systems and applications used by the Bank and Member Services to deliver products and services to members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience in the banking industry.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a high-energy environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to work with multiple worksheets, filter data, and manipulate databases.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to member locations and/or attend industry functions and conferences.
