Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. As a key member of our credit union operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Interaction: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Teller Functions: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Account Services: Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answering product-related questions, and resolving issues within authority.
  • Loan Processing: Receive and process loan applications, gather required documentation, and explain loan terms to members.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions and loans are in compliance with credit union policies, legal regulations, and security procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
