Talent Management Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR data entry, new hire orientation, and employee relations.
- Prepare reports, maintain EEO information, and OSHA logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of Human Resources experience, or seven years in the HR field.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- Prior payroll experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce is a plus.
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year,
Location: Airport area.
