About the Role: The Master Concessionair is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee employment and human resources policies, procedures, and personnel records in the airport.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR data entry, new hire orientation, and employee relations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain EEO information, and OSHA logs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of Human Resources experience, or seven years in the HR field.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Prior payroll experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce is a plus.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year,
Location: Airport area.
