Job Description

The Biopharmaceutical Training Program Manager will oversee the development and execution of training programs for the aseptic manufacturing team at R&D Partners. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure that all manufacturing personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and technical skills to perform their duties in compliance with GMP regulations and company standards.

This position involves managing a team of training specialists, providing guidance on cell culture, aseptic technique, and processing, as well as GMP manufacturing and aseptic gowning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biopharmaceutical operations, including experience in cell culture and GMP manufacturing.

To be successful in this role, one must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and credibly with staff across various departments. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience is required. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical based GMP manufacturing operations is necessary.

A key aspect of this role is leading development initiatives such as training, coaching/mentoring, and learning initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring new employees, including Training Specialists, and providing best practices to ensure high-quality work.
