Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Program Manager to support our specialized membership programs. As the primary point of contact for members, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand program participation, while ensuring seamless service delivery and member satisfaction.

This role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of service, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the program's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand program participation and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, onboarding, and renewals
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to raise program visibility and promote membership growth

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in business development, contract management, and client relationship management within the healthcare sector. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma/GED (Bachelor's is preferred)
  • 5+ years of Proven experience in business development, contract management, and client relationship management within the healthcare sector
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
