About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist at R&D Partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead teams in investigating nonconformances and deviations, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Manage change controls for manufacturing areas and equipment, maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate technology transfer, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate document requests and revisions, ensuring timely completion and approval.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aseptic processing in cleanroom environments.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and standard GxP best practices.
