About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program development, management, and supervision, with experience in working with families and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to support families and children with mental health issues;
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on program-related skills and policies;
  • Maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders;
  • Manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility;
  • Participate in planning and implementing collaborations with other organizations;
Requirements
  • Master's degree in human services or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in program management and supervision;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Philadelphia child-serving systems;
Working Conditions

The Program Management Specialist will work in a variety of settings, including the office, community locations, and schools. Must be able to travel within the city and communicate effectively with others.

Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
