Job Description Summary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Foster a culture of collaboration with all divisions to drive new account openings and existing key opportunity accounts/groups.
  • Account Identification: Identify new on-premise account/chain opportunities in the greater metro area ahead of competition.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and chains, functioning as a liaison between the customer and sales teams.
  • Customer Information: Maintain updated customer information files.
  • Meetings and Recaps: Set up and manage regular meetings with division liaisons and organize monthly recap meetings with on-premise division leads.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Work with supplier partners and brand managers on budgets for special events and POS.
  • Education and Training: Execute and implement education trainings for key accounts as part of the partnership approach.
  • Account Management: Regularly use systems/tools to seek and identify new account licenses and adhere to company protocol, new account processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop OSM portfolio in high-image accounts.
Requirements:
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to persuasively navigate wine, spirit, and beer supplier relationships, strong public speaking and presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional relationship building capabilities, ability to develop and implement creative and unique wine, cocktail, and beer programs, focus on managing timelines and successful multi-tasking, initiative-taking, focused, tactical, and persuasive.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years On-Premise sales experience and/or management experience, experience in cold calling with the ability to steer the customer needs to align with company priorities.
