Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you will lead our pharmacy services team in delivering exceptional contracting strategies and expertise that drive supply chain cost reductions. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical supplier service agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure project and contract alignment to stakeholder needs and market competitiveness
Capture and organize information shared during voice of customer engagements to learn stakeholders' requirements
Identify strategic issues and opportunities for improving stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Review financial aspects of assigned contracts, including budget accruals and forecasting
Lead key pharmaceutical negotiations, applying deep knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions
Build relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and serve as a single point of communication on pharmacy service programs

Qualifications:

Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
5 or more years of relevant experience, with contracting experience and direct negotiations preferred
Superior communication and organizational skills, with strong presentation and customer service skills
Cross-functional interaction skills, with a proven track record of delivering results needed
