Job Title: Training Specialist II

Job Summary:

The Training Specialist II will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our team of system administrators in all areas related to the resiliency effort and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials to meet the organization's IT training needs.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various IT topics to employees at different levels within the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and validate training content and materials.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance or guidance in IT-related areas.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation, manuals, and online resources for easy reference and self-guided learning.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Training Specialist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Four (4) years of Training work experience may be substituted for a relevant Master's Degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
