About the RoleThis 13-week contract position will involve providing direct patient care using the nursing process and as defined by our healthcare facility's unit-specific job description. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an RN, a current unrestricted RN license in the state, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans, taking into account the latest medical research and evidence-based practices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the care process.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently lifting, bending, and reaching to provide care. They may be required to lift up to 80 pounds using proper techniques, stand for extended periods, and walk between 2-5 hours at a time.
