Senior Account Executive

Shift Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key player in our globally growing sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and rolling out Shift Technology solutions to new clients.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge AI-powered software that has already benefitted over 300 million policyholders globally. You will be managing C-level relationships within the country's Health insurance ecosystem and developing strategic territory plans to ensure Shift exceeds its revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans to drive new business and revenue growth
- Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders within the Midwest Territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Work on and submit proposals and contracts to customers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of successful experience selling large, complex enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to Insurance Payers business units
- Deep knowledge of the Health Plan industry and existing relationships within the Payer ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving SaaS sales of $500K and above across multi-year contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the customer's needs
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points
