Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to join our team at Networking Technologies and Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective delivery of services, surpassing service level agreements (SLAs), and generating precise and timely reports. As a versatile team member, you will also be responsible for communicating project updates directly to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the Site and Project Manager to achieve service level agreements and identify any issues that may affect SLA adherence.
- Timely and accurately produce departmental reports, including any necessary ad hoc reports.
- Collaborate closely with management to facilitate efficient billing processes.
- Participate in team meetings, customer briefings, and vendor discussions as required.
- Effectively manage administrative tasks related to projects with both internal and external partners.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on timesheets for client accounts.
- Ensure that final reports are error-free prior to delivery to clients.
- Deliver current project status updates to management and all relevant departments promptly.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a comparable position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions.
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
