We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to become an integral part of our organization, focusing on advanced software solutions. In this position, you will serve as the Software Field Service Representative, providing support for critical mission equipment and ground systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot system discrepancies while collaborating with engineering teams
  • Conduct system maintenance and implement software updates
  • Offer expert guidance to government personnel
  • Engage in discussions regarding program developments
  • Prepare and submit regular status reports to stakeholders

Your Contributions:

  • Deliver technical support to government staff
  • Assist in recovery operations for system failures
  • Facilitate system upgrades and configuration modifications
  • Coordinate with operational teams for effective system management
  • Support hardware testing and repairs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to relocate for an extended period
  • Proficient in VMware, Windows Server environments, and networking
  • Eligibility for a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in software development and agile practices
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes
  • Fluency in English and Korean is advantageous

Security Clearance Requirement: This role necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens.
