Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, working closely with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Current CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
