Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing a comprehensive therapy plan of care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve and enhance patient well-being, addressing pain, mobility, and other medical conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
