Our Fleet Management team plays a crucial role in corporate insurance, claims, fleet oversight, and ensuring teammate safety. As a Fleet Supervisor, you will manage all aspects of DaVita's vehicle fleet, including procurement, upkeep, claims processing, and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an up-to-date fleet roster by liaising with field personnel for current information.
  • Oversee the motor vehicle record (MVR) review process, coordinating with management and facilitating training as necessary.
  • Assist in the rollout of telematics devices across all company-owned vehicles.
  • Collaborate with drivers to secure missing title documentation and ensure timely vehicle registration.
  • Ensure fleet operations adhere to DOT compliance standards.
  • Confirm completion of monthly vehicle inspections and communicate with drivers and management regarding overdue records.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained according to company standards and keep accurate maintenance logs.
  • Monitor automobile accident and liability claims, working with Third Party Administrators to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support projects in other risk management areas as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 5%

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in risk or fleet management, or a related area.
  • AINS or ARM certification is preferred or must be obtained within one year of employment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to solve problems and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
