Job Overview
DMI, a prominent global provider of digital solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist a federal client. This role involves delivering exceptional support and ensuring user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Help Desk communications and provide Tier I-II assistance for various technical issues.
- Respond to requests for technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Log, prioritize, and report on service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document and track issues to guarantee timely resolutions.
- Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware challenges.
- Handle a high volume of incoming support requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, particularly in listening and understanding user needs.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system for managing support requests.
- Knowledge of computer terminology and customer service practices.
