Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Recovery Nurse - Senior Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment to providing exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and professional care to individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and counseling sessions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • Minimum 18 months of education or training beyond high school in nursing or a related field
  • Experience working in psychiatric, addiction, DD, or related nursing settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and other software applications

Salary Range

$21.00-$25.20 per hour, based on experience
