Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Coordinate the front desk activities, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, including cash flow sheets, direct bill accounts, credit card payments, registration cards, and reservation cards.
- Communication: Correspond with group and travel agents to answer special requests for rooms and rates, and assist with sales and marketing efforts as directed.
- Education: One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, orally, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
