We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our roofing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing roofing projects from start to finish, leading sales staff and labor crew, and overseeing all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage roofing projects from start to finish, including sales, insurance claims, and project management/installation.
- Team Leadership: Lead sales staff and labor crew, supervising job sites and crews throughout the installation/production process.
- Sales and Marketing: Oversee all sales activities, including canvassing, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts.
- Estimating and Inspections: Perform estimates and inspections, ordering materials and completing material order sheets.
- Customer Service: Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers, tracking sales and projects in our CRM AccuLynx.
- Core Values: Uphold the company's core values, including honesty and professionalism.
- 2+ years of residential roofing sales and installation experience.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area).
- Commitment to 10-12 hours per day toward personal success.
- Money-motivated and self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
- Honesty and professionalism.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials).
