Commercial Roofing Sales Executive

The Commercial Roofing Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in the commercial roofing sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their roofing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial roofing market.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and bids to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate project plans and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services and expand the client base.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- 2+ years of residential roofing sales and installation experience.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area).
- Commitment to dedicating 10-12 hours per day toward personal success.
- Money-motivated and self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
- Honesty and professionalism.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials).
