About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team at Resulticks, a leading real-time marketing automation platform. As a senior sales executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to identify and address the business challenges of prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to drive sales pipeline growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis within our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in the martech or digital marketing services industry.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, audience segmentation, personalization, and data analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and product demo skills.
  • Regional travel required (approximately 50% after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted).
