Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage in Retail projects, including the analysis and resolution of data discrepancies, operational account management, and the development of procedural documentation.

2. Deliver continuous operational assistance to Retail teams and stakeholders to guarantee prompt and precise updates to customer and account profiles.

3. Collaborate with various departments, including Compliance and Operational Risk, to refine regulatory reporting methods.

Core Duties:

1. Gather and present internal client data to support the creation of analytics and reports.

2. Analyze external market research to identify potential business opportunities.

3. Conduct basic analyses to aid in generating client insights.

4. Review and suggest enhancements to internal processes.

5. Facilitate the execution of minor initiatives in partnership with support teams.

6. Assist in crafting presentations for senior management.

Operational Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research using internal banking systems and external resources to identify and correct data issues.

2. Independently manage all assigned reports and research tasks to ensure accurate regulatory reporting and mitigate operational risks.

3. Build effective communication channels with Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Reporting teams.

4. Recognize and escalate pertinent information as necessary.

5. Identify opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of policies and procedures, providing recommendations to management.

6. Conduct training for associates.

7. Utilize a comprehensive understanding of Retail systems to propose improvements that support business growth and regulatory compliance.

8. Exhibit strong communication skills across various organizational levels.

9. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Resolve conflicts effectively to create mutually beneficial outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2. 1-3 years of experience in the financial services sector.

3. Ability to work autonomously with minimal managerial oversight.

4. Strong analytical, process management, and conceptual skills.

5. Project management capabilities.

6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with support teams.

7. Familiarity with financial products, including deposits, credit products, and investments.

8. Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Operational Expertise:

1. Comprehensive understanding of Retail operations, procedures, and technology.

2. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and promote teamwork.
