Job Overview

SGA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Shared Business Operations (SBO) team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our financial systems, including Oracle Fusion Finance Modules and Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles. They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading discovery and requirements gathering sessions for financial systems
  • Collaborating with users to identify gaps and develop solutions
  • Configuring Oracle ERP Cloud to meet business requirements
  • Performing and leading functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Providing production support for day-to-day finance functions

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud ERP and Oracle products and services
  • Configuration and support experience in finance modules, including GL, FA, and Projects
  • Strong understanding of processes related to month-end/year-end book close, reconciliation, and consolidation
  • Required education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Preferred license/certification: Oracle Cloud Financials certifications
