Our Solution

We're seeking a Digital Category Manager – UGC Analyst to partner with Target, providing analytical and digital expertise to drive greater UGC adoption and coverage across their programs. This role will blend disparate data sources to strategically recommend focus areas for UGC prioritization and selling efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze brand performance and share recaps on UGC content scorecard measures.
  • Uncover new opportunities from informed data analysis that benefit the Bazaarvoice and Target relationship.
  • Track conversion, content volume, and coverage on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as a UGC advisor and marketplace leader, bringing competitive analysis, relevant articles, and trends in the UGC space.
  • Partner internally with the account team, Product Marketing, Product teams, and more, to strategically inform account strategy and share product learnings and ideas for enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or data science.
  • 5+ years of experience in category management, retail merchandising, or retail consulting.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with database reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership with proven ability to influence retail strategies and achieve goals.
  • Strong and effective communication, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Must be driven, resourceful, curious, and a fast learner.
