About the Role

As an Industrial Sales Representative at Tradesmen International, you will be responsible for leading new business development, customer relationships, and client satisfaction in your assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, including cold-calling and client management.
  • Build Relationships: Demonstrate the ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales quotas.
  • Problem-Solve: Periodically conduct information-only presentations, such as trade show demonstrations, and resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Maximize Account Potential: Maximize account potential and exceed quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Product Knowledge: Product-line, industry knowledge preferred, such as plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shops.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
