About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Site Operations Manager** to join our team at EV Group, Inc. as a **Site Coordinator**. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage customer activities, supervise technical service personnel, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Management: Manage, plan, and organize customer activities, including supervising, coordinating, and scheduling technical service personnel.
  2. Project Coordination: Work on complex planning activities and special projects, ensuring timely closure of customer requirements and meeting contractual obligations.
  3. Technical Support: Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment, identify and repair equipment-related process problems, and participate in internal meetings to facilitate issue coordination.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Retrieve, compile, and report equipment performance indicators to both customers and company management.
  5. Travel and Representation: Travel domestically and internationally, up to 30% of the time, to represent the company and manage customer relationships.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related field, with a minimum of four years of direct experience with EV Group equipment or in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  2. Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven background in management/supervision, with excellent customer skills, including communication, priority setting, influencing, and conflict resolution.
  3. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Self-driven with the ability to prioritize work, accomplish tasks quickly, and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds, with visual acuity and the ability to wear proper cleanroom attire.
