About the Role: The Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) is in search of a dedicated Signal Processing Engineer to contribute to our Electronic Warfare (EW) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, simulate, and validate algorithms utilizing tools such as Matlab, Simulink, or C++.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of simulation outcomes or empirical data to uncover underlying issues and patterns.
  • Participate in both laboratory and field testing activities.
  • Assist in marketing strategies and business growth efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in radar signal processing.
  • Proficient in MATLAB, Linux, Python, Simulink, and C++.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Possession of an Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in a relevant area.
  • Experience in leading teams and translating functional requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Familiarity with radar systems, signal processing techniques, and algorithm development.

Compensation: The Leidos pay range for this position is between $81,000 to $146,875 annually, reflecting the value of your expertise in advancing technology for national security.
