Position Overview:
Adopting a collaborative approach, this role is responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure compliance with PuroClean's established protocols. Key duties include managing all facets of Franchise production, providing updates to the owner or General Manager regarding production progress, enhancing customer satisfaction, addressing client concerns, ensuring adherence to procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, controlling production expenses, facilitating effective communication internally and externally, exceeding customer expectations, and successfully implementing annual production division goals. The Operations Manager at PuroClean distinguishes themselves by delivering outstanding service that consistently surpasses customer expectations, setting us apart in the industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Enhancing customer and client satisfaction while improving brand operations
- Building networks and partnerships with essential stakeholders
- Delegating tasks, supervising production teams and schedules, managing work order completion, and stepping in as a production manager when required
- Overseeing in-house Human Resources tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing daily office operations
- Monitoring the progress of small and large-loss projects, coordinating with management and ownership
- Managing inventory for equipment, vehicles, and facility maintenance
- Encouraging clear communication among all staff members and effectively managing relationships
