Position Overview:
Embracing a collaborative approach, oversee production operations to ensure adherence to PuroSystems' established processes and protocols. Manage all facets of franchise production while keeping the owner or General Manager informed about operational progress. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction, effectively addressing any complaints. Ensure that production tasks are executed in line with established guidelines, with timely and accurate documentation. Maintain production costs within the predetermined budget while ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. Aim to complete jobs that meet or surpass customer expectations. Successfully implement annual initiatives for the production division. A PuroSystems Operations Supervisor takes pride in delivering exceptional service that distinguishes us from competitors during critical times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing customer and client satisfaction while representing and optimizing brand operations.
- Building and nurturing relationships with partners and influential stakeholders.
- Assigning tasks and managing production teams, overseeing scheduling and work order completion, and stepping into the role of production manager as necessary.
- Handling in-house human resources management, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and managing daily office operations.
- Monitoring the status of both small and large-loss projects and communicating updates to management and ownership.
- Managing inventory for equipment, vehicles, and facility maintenance.
- Ensuring clear communication across the entire staff and effectively managing relationships.
Qualifications:
- Strong focus on personal growth, team dynamics, and leadership capabilities.
- IICRC certification and proficiency in MICA, Xactimate, claims connect, or similar applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
- Proficient in record-keeping, information retrieval, and effective communication.
- Commitment to safety, exercising caution with teammates and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner, adaptable to change and professional challenges.
Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 annually.
