As a vital member of the TrustBank team, you will be responsible for cultivating personalized relationships with our clients. Our focus is on Wealth Management and Commercial Banking, and your role will involve welcoming clients, facilitating new account openings, and promoting our banking and wealth management offerings.
Key Responsibilities
· Enhance TrustBank's Reputation
o Deliver prompt and courteous service to all clients.
o Identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
o Actively participate in community events to foster new connections.
· Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
o Assist in opening new personal and business accounts.
o Manage certificates of deposit and possess knowledge of IRAs.
o Resolve account-related inquiries efficiently.
o Assess product suitability to align with client needs.
· Collaborate with Team Members
o Adapt to scheduling requirements during business hours.
o Assist in the opening and closing of the bank as needed.
· Additional Banking Duties
o Perform occasional teller functions.
o Support administrative tasks within the branch.
o Provide customer assistance via phone.
o Ensure compliance by verifying identification for new clients.
o Manage ATM/Debit card orders and updates.
o Process check orders for clients.
o Undertake other assigned responsibilities.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Banking hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, and physical duties may include standing, walking, and handling objects. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is necessary.
