Business Growth Specialist

BM Conect is expanding its sales team and seeks a Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall success.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to identify business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
