Brookdale Lake Ridge is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Wellness Coordinator Assistant Director of Nursing LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
  • Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers and provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
  • Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
  • Share on-call duties as required.

Requirements

  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • LPN or LVN license.
