Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care as a member of the healthcare team. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
  • Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
