Tact Staff is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in ICU - Intensive Care Unit for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Position Overview

The Critical Care RN will be accountable for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with patients and staff to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
  • Exhibit sensitivity to patients' physical, spiritual, and emotional needs while evaluating their responses to care.
  • Promote and support organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care quality.
  • Manage departmental and patient activities efficiently to ensure organized and proficient care delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare team members, fostering a professional environment.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least one year of recent experience in a Critical Care setting.
  • Current RN Licensure for the respective state.
  • Required certifications: NIH, BLS, and ACLS (AHA).
  • Preferred education: 2-Year Degree, with a 4-Year Degree being advantageous.
  • Skills in interpreting dysrhythmias and caring for ventilated patients.
