About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Morristown Medical Center. As a key member of our Patient Access Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth registration process for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately collect and verify patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process patient registrations, including securing accurate information and interpreting patient responsibility.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient registration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, adapting to new procedures and technologies as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience and applicable experience within Revenue Cycle preferred.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, preferably EPIC, is a plus.
