Patient Access Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our Patient Access Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately and efficiently register patients, collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information.
- Communicate patient responsibility and ensure accurate patient identification.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless patient flow.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Applicable experience within Revenue Cycle and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, preferably EPIC.
