About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Catheter Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the technical realization of customer and engineering requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical realization of customer and engineering requirements
  • Drafting technical realization of requirements by applying catheter domain expertise
  • Dimensioning elements, components, and assemblies by calculation or by their specification according to requirements
  • Acting as a specialized know-how owner for catheter technology
  • Cooperating with specialists of other disciplines to facilitate system integration
  • Participating in knowledge exchange with product management and clinical teams to improve and further develop products

Requirements:

  • Engineering background in medical devices, particularly Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Relevant technical skills including use of CREO or other CAD software, Minitab or other statistical software, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Ability to work with latest technology and willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions
  • Hands-on work in laboratory and manufacturing environments required
  • Willingness to travel expected

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $155,000 - $165,000 U.S. dollars annually
  • Annual incentive target of 15% of base pay
