Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to incoming inquiries from providers in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using standard scripts and established guidelines
  • Escalate issues to senior levels as needed, based on complaints or concerns

Requirements
