Customer Experience Manager

Holiday Barn Pet Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our furry guests and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the customer experience team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for our customers.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience leading a team.
- Data entry skills and proficiency with Windows applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic pet knowledge.
- Ability to work weekends and major holidays, with a $2/hour pay premium.
