Job Title: Retail Full-Time Store Associate, Fabletics

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics in Southlake Town Square, TX.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional retail store experience, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator.
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
