About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics in Southlake, TX. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, working closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products, providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, maintaining personal sales and productivity standards.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, weighing up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in active lifestyle or fashion.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction skills, ability to work with large teams, and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
