Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the EV Programs team to develop and execute a robust program queue, managing all aspects of program operations, from business development to project closeout.
  • Develop and implement automation tools to strategically optimize efforts and respond to an evolving transportation marketplace.
  • Engage stakeholders and regulators to establish rules and funding levels that enable successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive success on schedule and budget.
  • Oversee the development of progress measurement dashboards and materials to communicate progress towards objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of processes to execute programs to a high, auditable standard.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience with 5 years of relevant experience in the clean transportation sector or closely related areas in the energy and utilities industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise, experience, and a track record of success in managing large programs in areas related to clean energy.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers, developers, energy service providers, regulators, elected officials, and internal organizations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills necessary to successfully interface with and influence executives, customers, business partners, regulators, public officials, and other external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience managing the rate case process or regulatory relationships for non-traditional parts of the utility business.
  • Understanding of the rate case process for non-traditional parts of the utility business and involvement with projects such as customer side solutions, clean energy programs, or DER infrastructure.
  • Experience managing projects related to distributed energy resources or infrastructure serving customers' energy-related needs.
