Position Overview:
This role may be based in various locations within Texas. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with significant experience in managing and analyzing complex credit scenarios for commercial and mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Loan Officers and Special Assets Officers in the analysis and management of loans and leases.
  • Evaluate financial documents, including balance sheets and income statements, to assess creditworthiness.
  • Analyze collateral and repayment sources to determine risk ratings.
  • Provide guidance on lending policies and procedures.
  • Manage loan portfolios and oversee loan originations.
  • Review and approve loan applications exceeding delegated authority.
  • Ensure compliance with credit administration practices.
  • Assist in complex loan applications and service existing loans.
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses and maintain updated financial information on borrowers.
  • Perform credit servicing tasks and assist with collections on assigned loans.
  • Facilitate the loan closing process as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to prepare concise credit reviews based on financial statements.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to perform detailed financial analyses independently.
  • Experience collaborating with various departments within the organization.
