About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively and independently advise on the client's financial needs and speak to the full array of the Private Bank's capabilities.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the client's business and execute the client management process to provide an unparalleled client experience.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and deepen relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence to identify prospects and drive business growth.
  • Credit Origination: Lead complex credit opportunities, including structured credit deals, and grow organic book balances and year-over-year revenue.
  • Client Experience: Act as a Chief Operations Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and managing successful delivery of the client experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required, 5-7 years of experience in managing relationships with high net worth clients, and credit origination experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent ability to work in a team environment, strong interpersonal and influence/partnership skills, significant knowledge of banking and credit, and ability to develop sales and negotiation skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred, and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive and varied benefits package, including paid time off, a 401(k) matching program, annual incentive pay, paid holidays, and comprehensive company-sponsored benefits. The annualized base salary range for this role is $116,152,040.00, and pay ranges may vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for a Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
