We're seeking a highly motivated Patient Care Manager Lead to join our team at Thyme Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to revolutionize cancer care and make a difference that lasts a lifetime.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of Enrollment Specialists and contribute to our growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing daily team meetings, weekly individual coaching sessions, and providing additional training to upskill and improve performance against targets. Your expertise will help drive improved enrollment conversion rates, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless hand-offs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 8-10 Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance targets.
  • Run daily team meetings and weekly individual 1:1s to ensure all team members are trained and operating effectively.
  • Provide additional coaching and training to continually upskill and improve performance against targets.
  • Manage day-to-day HR tasks while ensuring appropriate team coverage.
  • Plan weekly/daily patient outreach priorities to achieve targets and communicate them to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for improved scripting, workflows, and hand-offs to drive improved enrollment conversion.
  • Perform direct patient outreach and enrollment for high-priority populations or members with specialized needs.
Your First Three Months

During your first three months, you will focus on doing direct patient outreach and enrollment. This will enable you to manage and coach others in that role effectively. Key responsibilities include completing virtual onboarding, reaching out to eligible members, achieving high enrollment conversion rates, and explaining the benefits of Thyme Care's program.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working in patient enrollment and directly managing people.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Proven track record of success within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and/or startups.
  • Comfort with Technology: Experience with Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records, and comfort in learning new technology.
  • Comfort with Data Tools: Experience using data tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, or others to track performance metrics.
