Patient Care Navigator Team Lead

As a Patient Care Navigator Team Lead, you will play a vital role in our mission by overseeing a team of Enrollment Specialists and ensuring seamless patient onboarding experiences.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving performance targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Conducting daily team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure effective communication and training
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive increased enrollment conversion rates
- Managing day-to-day HR tasks, including approving hours and PTO requests, while ensuring adequate team coverage
- Planning and executing patient outreach strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
